Winter 2017 in Medford Oregon
Medford sees the highest recorded snowfall since 1919|At the Medford airport - just 1/4 mile from ICW's facility - 8.3 inches of snow fell in 24 hours, the second heaviest snowfall in a century.
Many residents of Medford commented that this was the most snow they'd ever seen at their homes - some reported up to 20 inches on their decks and cars.
How rare is that exactly? In the last ten years, Medford has averaged at 3.5 inches of snowfall for the entire season!
