ICW Team (Part 1 )

                                                          

Have you asked yourself who stands behind the “Made in the USA” high quality products of ICWUSA? In case you were curious, we at ICWUSA thought we would like to spend some time to introduce our team members and give you a chance to meet them. Well, maybe not in person, unless you want to visit us at our corporate headquarters in Medford, Oregon, but at least you will have the chance to get some impression online.
Today, we want to start to introduce you to the team of ICW, starting off with some of our managers and engineers in part 1.

 CARLOS, Manufacturing Manager

"I constantly look for ways to improve and best utilize cutting-edge technology. Analyzing the organizational product flow throughout the factory ensures smooth operation from beginning to end. Our Manufacturing Department strategizes with Research and
Development so that we can build industry-leading, Made In U.S.A., computer mounting solutions. "

 SHAWN, Materials Manager

"I coordinate communication between the engineering, manufacturing, and assembly departments. I manage inventory quantities and schedule the manufacturing of required parts, working directly with the Sales Department for custom product requests. I analyze our inventory trends, make vital decisions, and communicate with every area of the company. My goal is to be sure our customers get the best Made In U.S.A. quality products."

ED, Assembly Manager

"I coordinate our assembly team and the flow of products through inventory, powder coating, assembly, quality control and shipping. I assess material requirements, meet with section leads, identify tasks, and assign team members. I'm proud that our products are Made In U.S.A. so we can provide our customers with a 99.9% shipping and quality satisfaction rate."

RANDY, Engineer

Randy is shown building a prototype in ICW's Research and Development Department.

"As a design engineer, my responsibilities include all aspects of the design and implementation process. I work with customers on new concepts, produce prototypes, build tooling, and train assembly team members. Our ICW Engineering Department is on-site in Medford, Oregon, so we can work directly with you to design, create and test your mounting solution. Our products are genuinely Made In U.S.A."

 

MARK, Engineer

Mark is shown testing the Elite arm in ICW's Research and Development Department.

"As an engineer, my primary role is to be the inventor. I can picture a design in my head, proof it on 3D CAD, machine a prototype, make refinements, and then present it to the team." ICW's in-house design, engineering, and manufacturing processes enable the company to produce custom mounts that meet the unique challenges of our customers. All ICW products are made in the U.S.A., ensuring unparalleled customer response.

STEVE, Engineer

Steve is an engineer with expertise in manufacturing equipment design, implementing new products, sourcing the best technology and supply routes to design and manufacture the components, and documenting the processes to ensure high quality output by the whole manufacturing team. The caliber of ICW mounts, which are Made In U.S.A., is unmatched by products made outside the U.S.A."
